■ Window Design Program - MCMURTA ®
Research and Development of Efficient Window with better results in thermal and acoustic insulation. The MCMurta has as main products, the double and triple glazed windows, with various types of openings, in the system wood-wood and wood-aluminum.
Construction in Wooden-Windows
"The comfort and beauty of wood, a natural harmony with the rest of the carpentry and furniture inside your home."

Features of the System
1. |
Glass sealant in EPDM coextruded, allowing mounting without cuts in the corners; |
| 2. | Profile edges with accented rounded off for a refined design and coating protection; |
| 3. | Sealant for frame-sheet in EPDM coextruded with bonded angles for better insulation; |
| 4. | Airtight sealing in EPDM in the interior chamber with bonded angles; |
| 5. | Decompression chamber allows the total release of rainwater avoiding any contact between water and wood; |
| 6. | Excelent drainage to the outside; |
| 7. | Possibility of using fastening clips of various models (key, pressure, etc.).. These clips prevent any contact between wood and aluminum allowing for expansion free of tension, ensuring aeration of the wood and allowing for elimination of condensation on the aluminum; |
| 8. | Sealant for glass mounting in EPDM coextruded. Facilitates the mounting of glass and in the event of an aftermost accident the replacement of the glass is easier and quicker; |
| 9. | Possibility of using wood of the same thickness in both the rim and the leaf. Usually we use 70x56mm rim sections and 81x56mm or 81x63mm leaf sections; |
| 10. | Profile option 81x63mm: acoustic seal for better insulation; |
Aluminum Alloy:
The aluminum profiles are made of aluminum-magnesium-silicon-designated Al Mg Si 0.5, numerical designation 6060 (UNI 3569). Commonly known as aluminum alloy, hardened through heat treatment for architectural structures.
Has excellent corrosion resistance properties, mechanical strength, easy welding and is aesthetically pleasing.
Tolerances:
The aluminum profiles are extruded with general tolerances according to the UNI 3879 standards.
Surface finishing:
The aluminium profiles are superficially lacquer cladded according to RAL chart, or you can also get anodized finish or lacquered imitating wood textures.
Tests carried out:
The wood-aluminum Garda System has been submitted and approved, to the following tests:
- |
On 21.11.1996 in laboratory tests "Consorcio Legnolegno di Reggio Emilia" according to UNI EN with certificate No. 37/96; |
| - | On 06.27.1997 at IFT (Window Technology) of Rosenheim, in accordance with DIN 18055, by certificate no. 105 18151 Fixing clips were submitted and approved in: |
| - | On 22.07.1997 at IFT (Window Technology) of Rosenheim, with the certificate no. 106 18 151. |

| LAMINATED WOOD |
Our carpentries are made of laminated wood in order to obtain very small dimensional variability. The drying of wood in a heated environment and the laminating of profiles is done in our facilities, ensuring a very high quality end product. The most commonly used woods are:
|
| HARDWARE |
Hardware used:
Its origins are, Austrian and German, highly resistant to salt corrosion.
|
| GLASS |
The glass used is the Saint Gobain: The standard glass used is: The glass represents an extremely important factor at the aesthetic, safety and climatisation level, in our carpentry.
|
Our sealants are made of EPDM, which does not combust and can withstand a broad range of temperatures.
To directly see our products, visit our showroom, where you can observe the systems we produce.
If necessary, we provide free samples of window corners and technical drawings on paper or digital (dwg) for Cad.
Open Systems
The MCMURTA ® system adapts to a wide range of openings increasingly used in European construction.
| Among the most commonly used, these stand out: - Dangle-jamb; - Tipper parallel runners; - Pleated or harmonium runners; - Elevating runners; - Pivotables; - Projectables; - Etc. |
